Royce first found out about Shy Guy's Toy Box a few months after it was created. He started out as a regular member who got into trouble with the staff frequently. Eventually, he started to act better and was given a staff position. During March 2008 after the forums were abandoned he took sole control of it until another higher up staff member came back, fired him, and shut the boards down. After a few weeks of Shy Guy's Toy Box being down, admin Sage Kazuma convinced the remaining staff to reopen it and give it to him. Eventually Sage Kazuma had to step down as head admin, and he gave that position up to Royce. Royce is the current head admin of Shy Guy's Toy Box.

Late in 2006, former forum owner, Sphax, was seeking someone to assist with some HTML coding. In his search, he came to Sage, then The Big Yoshi for some assistance. After joining, Sage was immediately staffed to assist with the skinning as well as other smaller projects. In time, he was destaffed upon completeing his tasks and went back to being a normal member for a time. Over time, Sphax found himself in need of a new staff member and went back to Sage for the job. Gladly accepting the job, he has been on the Staff as an admin since then. At a time when SGTB found itself on the verge of collapse, and the two main administators moving on, Sage requested to take control of the entire forum and was granted this. After doing some real cleaning of all the spam from the past, Sage announced the reopening of SGTB to all. Upon going to college, he found himself having an issue with taking care of the site virtually alone. To remedy the situation, he brought back some staff and then in time, passed the forum to the current head, Royce. Still on staff, Sage often visits the forum at random times, responding to some topics.
Despite his lacking presence at time, he is still often marked as the person who saved SGTB from complete collapse, most often by Royce.

Phaze first visited Shy Guy's Toy Box back in 2008, when he was shown it by his friend, Royce. He decided it'd be fun to join, promptly registered and has been an active member ever since.
Phaze was then added to the site's staff roughly a year later, due to knowledge in web development.
He helped make the latest site design display properly in Internet Explorer, due to it'a lack of adhrence to the standards that most other browsers follow.
He has some degree of programming skill and knowledge in general computer use. His favorite languages are Java, PHP and (to a lesser degree) C.

Cpt.Cheese (Also known as Cheese Cpt.Bidoof or Any variation of Bidoof) Has been at Shy Guys Toy Box since July 2008. He was very inactive at the time he joined as he forgot about it. Thankfully a reminder from Royce in Septemeber Made him active on the Toybox Again. Cheese assended to staff after he was willing to Pay for the sites hosting. (The very site you see today.) He really doesn't have the best Grammar (He tends to Overcapitalize stuff.), and His Only Real skill is making music and paying for stuff. And the Latter skill is what makes you see him as staff.

The least active staff member; Shouty the Fool. His last position on the Train Station navigation bar emphasizes upon this. In spite of this, however, he is responsible for little additions to the site, including the user icons made for the staff members. His pixel art is his only useful talent that can contribute to the site. From the beginning of Shy Guy's Toy Box, he's been on the staff, but was an administrator at the time, and after a time of inactivity, was promoted back onto the staff as a moderator.
